u bench 150kg x 5 ......u got about 46cm bicep..........u bench 220kg x 5 u got about 54cm bicep
give or take that size a bit
u will never ever ever increase ur arm by only training ur arm since u wont get even stronger..........to getr strong on bicep increase ur compound.........it doesnt work the other way
tim im sure if arnold would be born 30 years later he wouldnt do the same workout as no one else does it today.arnold used the limited info what he had at that time to do the workout
