its nice everobody tries to be helpfull.
red the use of weightlifters as an example is really wrong.they use speed,momentum and not as much muscle power.
imagine a weightlifter who can push press or jerk above his head 200kg for 5 reps.........we all know what they look like
now imagine what the guy would look like if he could do strict shoulder press with 200kg for 5 reps using his muscles and not momentum or speed.just imagine what the shoulders and tricep would look like.
