Looks like their customer service should get an upgrade too not just website.
I'd like to know their criteria for free sample(s) included in orders.
Last year when I had small order I got 3 different product samples but today I received my order for almost $100 and inside I got one free sample of Iforce Compete with manufacturing date 1 year ago.
What are they doing with samples of latest products released on the market since they get bunch of them for free but not giving to clients ordering way over $50 worth of products hmm?
And what are criterias to give what sample to what client and when you get 1 sample and when more product samples hmm?
They could at least list what product samples they have and let you choose for example one free sample for each $30 order so a client ordering $40 goods would get 1 sample and guy ordering $90 would get 3 product samples.
It's small detail but something that piss you off as a client or put an extra smile on your face when company show extra care for their clients.
