I tried 5/5/5 protocol and dialled it down after I worked out a the cost, but b it made no difference. I know guys on here are using 5/5/5 with 3/3/3 on rest days. I took the advice of the man in the know behind this. I am not sure if its weight related etc, for relevance I am about 77kg
