gym warrior on Glutamine Debate - Is it worth using?

I usually recover better when using l-glutamine I've used 3 different brands and they all give different results I was using Reflex glutamine at 30g a day it done nothing, MHP glutamine at 2 servings a day I was recovering much faster and I found EFX Liquid glutamine to be the best at 1 tablespoon a day and recovery has improved a lot and that my muscles feel harder
