Cable rows: wide grip: 60kgx10, close underhand: 60kgx10, close overhand: 60kgx10

High rows: 45kgx10 (4 sets)

Face pulls: 10kgx15 (4 sets)

Back extensions: 15 reps (4 sets)

 

Contemplating dropping to a 4 day routine next week, any suggestions of how to structure it would be welcome!
