I have a lot of experience with his programme but zero with this one.
Charles would only have one exercise per body part performed 10x10 but no more than two antagonistic body parts I.e chest and back. He doesn't pick calves, abs or shoulders as body parts which advocate the 10x10 rep scheme and instead adds them on the end as an accessory exercise.
