Scooby Doo on Any suggestion for DOMS and sleep supps please? (Leans gains would be nice too)

Usually after hitting a PB on the squats I'm very sore the next day.

Today I barely have any soreness at all and banged out 60mins ~ 8000 ft on the versaclimber (I have a fair bit of resistance on it) with no distress (34 mins at over 85% max HR)

Now I wasn't expecting relief this early so is it the stack or is it because I had a lighter weight day on Friday?

I'm always sceptical with supplements though so favour the lighter Friday explanation :D

Slept very well again though, far better than when I was on lights out.
