No DAA supp has ever helped me sleep, maybe take a look at 17T from sci Mx as its actually pretty decent at raising test levels but really good at helping with sleep quality due to high dose of ZMA in the product. Can't speak for tropinol as I haven't tried it but id look at taking triazole with either tropinol or intimidate. Tropinol and intimidate are both test boosters so no real need to take together, you'd be better off taking one or the other with Triazole as an estrogen suppressor. Last recommendation would be getting an iPhone app called pzziz, it's absolutely brilliant at sending me to sleep when my mind is racing, just plug it in and drift off- sweet dreams!!

I'll take a look at pzziz.
And thank you for the Trop & intimidate advice, I'd seen that people seem to be taking them together. It's this raising of estrogen levels that people talk about that concerns me.

Problems with both.
Stims (caffeine based) I have taken but I've been off them for a long time. I train in the morning and even when I have a coffee or any caffeine now my last one is about 3pm. I aim to go to bed around midnight.
