I just got a tub of this on the cheap. Apparently its one of the best in the world. I think its got something like the 3rd highest bio values of all the brands. 2 scoops = 60 grams of protein
Since its a blend, and the proteins are all released at different times I wanted some advice on using it to get the best results..
Do I take the whole 2 scoops after a workout or do I just go for 30 grams like I currently do with Gold Standard?

Been bodybuilding for 7 months
Age 21
Weight 12 stone roughly 72kg
Meal plan
6 meals a day, training 5 times a weeks usually mid morning. I normally use a shake 3 times in the day, once upon waking, once after a training session and once in the evening to replace the protein source for an actual meal.
Any help / advice, much appreciated.
