Mixelflick on Mass Pro Synthagen

As indicated in another post of mine, I am "blessed" with the skinny fat body type, and I work out at 8pm or later.

That would means that I carb load around 10pm, so that 1 hour before bedtime.

 

Any comments on that? Dont't want to increase the bodyfat% by carb consumption in high dose before bed time even while using MPS or am I seeing it wrong.

You bring up a valid point, yet it'll require some experimentation. To that end, keep your daily calories/training the same and consider the following:

1.) 2 weeks of consuming 25% of your carbs for the day post-workout, with MPS as prescribed

2.) 2 weeks of consuming 50% of your carbs for the day post-workout, with MPS as prescribed

2.) 2 weeks of no carbs post workout, with just MPS and lemon water pre/intra-workout. Your post workout meal (about an hour later) should consist of lean proteins and fiberous carbs from green vegetables (beans, broccoli spinach, etc.)

This might look like a pain in the a$$, but you planned on training for the next 6 weeks anyway - is how I look at it. Why not use those 6 weeks to conduct this experiment? At the end of each 2 week period, measure yourself around the navel with a tape measure. Do this first thing in the morning, after you've taken care of business in the bathroom LOL. Provided the tape measure makes smaller circles around your mid-section and you're getting stronger, you'll know with certainty which strategy is best for you.

Simple.
