try doing four different exercices for max muscle growthafter the work you have done, try for the third the peck deck machine,
don't focus on the weight too much but concentrate on your chest.
the fourth you can do cable crossovers also very concentrated and slow.try this, your muscles will be soar the day after!
I read this reply and was fairly confused until I realized that I had missed off Weighted Dips and Cables Crossovers. I was sure I writ that in earlier.... I don't look like much but I have actually gained 5 inches around my chest and back. I was absolutely tiny before I started training.
Yes I agree 2 isn't enough. Sometimes I like to finish with a burnout of Press ups and the Pec Deck.
