Well skinny fat, is actually, while you not look fat while wearing clothes, once they come off, you can see a ever present fat layer.
Skinny fat is also like weighing 50kg while you are 1m70 but you still have 20+% BF....
Supplements from the past / present have all been focussed on gaining specifically.
-Creatine / Protein mainly
- Omega 3-6-9
- ZMA
- General vitamin supplements
Also have never been looking into cardio (go figure...) and only recently started to work on the legs (a shame I know).
Diet is also a tricky one, especially with the job, I now try to lean back on the carbs, as I noticed these really stick to my body like glue, increase in protein and healthy fats and eating slightly below maintance. 2000-2250 kcal / day.
So on your reply here, what would be a good stim burner / non stim burner, AI like erase I can figure.
