I've been using this a while and the results are really good. The only question I have is do the effects continue permanently or do you eventually need a break?
Synthagen needn't be cycled, if that's what you're asking. If you do use it continuously what you'll get is very, very accustomed to
1.) Recovering rapidly
2.) Pain free training
3.) Much better VO2 max threshold
4.) Ability to still gain despite less than optimal conditions (sleep, diet etc.)
That's the good news. The bad news is that it'll certainly register when coming "off". The best way I can describe it is that you just feel "old" all of a sudden. Trying to duplicate your weight room performance on Synthagen is a lot more difficult, you begin to get achy again and little aches and pains return. It ain't pleasant...
Having said that, I DO feel Synthagen should be cycled - like virtually any supplement. In practice, this boils down to using it during your heaviest loading periods OR, lightening up on the dosage when you de-load. I personally de-load every 4th or 5th week (I'm 43), and lighten up on the dosage.
Hope that helps, and glad to hear Synthagen is doin' you right...
