i felt good and the snow is starting to melt, this would normally be a rest day but i decided to go and do the run i planned tuesday now the snow has melted enough i did interval sprints with a couple of steep hill sprints chucked in, i used a pre workout before hand so i will be interested to see how lights out helps me sleep tonight as when i use a preworkout at night even at 6.30 i sometimes struggle to sleep. so i will update tomorrow
