And elaborating on what Joey said, the EPA/DHA content in Krill Oil is readily absorbed/less susceptible to oxidative stress than typical fish oil because the fatty-acids are embedded in phospholipids, whereas fish oil is mainly in the form of triacylglycerols.
Many other supplements face the same issue of poor biological absorption and thus one would be required to take absurdly high doses to achieve the desired physiological benefits (e.g. Magnesium Oxide is poorly absorbed whereas Magnesium Malate is readily absorbed)
Essentially, you get more bang for your buck with AquaRed vs. a generic fish oil
