That is enough, DDA at 3g daily throughout your PCT and for some time afterwards (if cash allows). Erase Pro/Original Erase can be used at recommended doses but in my opinion cannot match RC (or pharma) AI's. Nolva, Clomid, Torem, any of the "standard" SERMs are preferable to an OTC pct provided you run proper doses/duration. Sourcing is tricky and against board rules I believe, but I recommend you treat the subject the same as you would when selecting a PH (read site/product reviews, compare prices, gauge forum feedback, etc.)
