m.m.a finland on Supp help

hei there, :)  as a pro m.m.a fighter i would like to share with you my experiences through all these years, so i like to begin with weight in and Pre Fight Pounds before the match, i think this one helps a lot very useful  http://forums.sherdog.com/forums/f15/wei.....ad-450596/  if i remember right for the Kickboxing armature i think they dont dopin-test you guys :D  for more info IMO    3 days before the fight lower your carbs as low as you can to weight in, but dont cut everything off just keep it low the reason here cuz 1 gram ofcarb holds 3 grams of water makes it very easy to lose weight fast, The weigh in are also usually the day before the fight and then after the weight in you have 20-30 hours to reload ur weight star reload as much mixed carbs  fast and  slow carbs, slow carbs at morning and mid-fast carbs 3 hours before the fight to get that crazy boost of energy, and 45min before the fight 2 scoops of craze and 1 scoop of Green MAGnitude if u buy it, but if the weight in is in the same day then u will find more info on the website above dont forget the 2 hours sauna day before the match to lose that water weight ;)

anyways, about cycle and supplements i highly recommend to add something like Green MAGnitude very powerful creatine complex i think this is the best creatine for fighters it contains Betaine Anhydrous Helps enhance oxygen transport an Helps to reduce lactic acid  enhances power and endurance, it really works wonder i use it all the time if you buy it for example or any kind of creatine stop using it 7 days before fight cuz it can hold on litle bit of water :)  and for your cycle it should look like this:

 

Week 1: 6 caps of triazole 4 caps of Activate 3 caps of LX separated throughout the day + creatine + craze
Week 2: 6 caps of triazole 4 caps of Activate 3 caps of LX separated throughout the day + creatine + craze
Week 3: 6 caps of triazole 4 caps of Activate 3 caps of LX separated throughout the day + creatine + craze
Week 4: 6 caps of triazole 4 caps of Activate 3 caps of LX separated throughout the day + creatine + craze
Week 5: 6 caps of triazole 4 caps of Activate 3 caps of LX separated throughout the day + creatine + craze
Week 6: 6 caps of triazole 4 caps of Activate 3 caps of LX separated throughout the day + creatine + craze
Week 7: 6 caps of triazole 4 caps of Activate 3 caps of LX separated throughout the day + creatine + craze
Week 8: 6 caps of triazole 4 caps of Activate 3 caps of LX separated throughout the day dont use creatine and craze this week
 
let the creatine and craze to get out from your system save it for the fight day, reasons why its because creatine holds water and it makes it more difficult for you to lose weight for the fight, and about craze its good to take a break to shock your body the fight day cuz once stop using craze when u go back to it, it works like the first time ( wonder) :) anything that u use all the time ur body get use to it and its not working as it should then u must increase the doses or change the whole supplement or cycle it :) shock your body to grow ;) im sure i forgot something but feel free to ask :)  cheers m.m.a finland :)
