for more info IMO 3 days before the fight lower your carbs as low as you can to weight in, but dont cut everything off just keep it low the reason here cuz 1 gram ofcarb holds 3 grams of water makes it very easy to lose weight fast, The weigh in are also usually the day before the fight and then after the weight in you have 20-30 hours to reload ur weight star reload as much mixed carbs fast and slow carbs, slow carbs at morning and mid-fast carbs 3 hours before the fight to get that crazy boost of energy, and 45min before the fight 2 scoops of craze and 1 scoop of Green MAGnitude if u buy it, but if the weight in is in the same day then u will find more info on the website above dont forget the 2 hours sauna day before the match to lose that water weight
