After being sick and bed bound for almost a week I was pretty excited to go back to the gym today. Did some light chest and shoulders.
I always feel a lot weaker after taking some time off the gym but I'm hoping to be at 100% within a week or two. Amino IV still tastes good and today I stacked it with 1/2 scoop aminotaur for a little extra boost.
I also had to cut down on the pullups for some time due to shoulder problems which really sucks. I'm getting massage and physical therapy x 1 / week so hopefully that will help.
