supplements: yes It is necessary to take Cycle Support Supplements while/after taking prohormones Depending the prohormone you are running, yes it is necessary If you are taking a methylated prohormone (Halodrol, Superdrol, Epistane-Havoc, yes you should take cycle support, but If you are taking a non-methylated prohormone such as Boldione or Tren Dienolone 11-keto, it is not necessary to take a Cycle Support but still higly recommended, for other supplement, creatine, joint formula, preworkout, testboosters, each supplement u should use different time, for examp save preworkout testboosters supps and creatine for pct to boost strength and reload joint support and cycle support week before cycle or so.. and if u wanna add some natural anabolics to save muscle while on pct such as: Anabeta elite, Mass Pro Synthagen, X Factor, good one's like joeblack said already good testbooster: erase pro, Activate Xtreme, ifore tropinol xp, D-Pol, lean xtreme, Reversitol V2, HCGenerate
PCT: again it depends what kind of ph/ds you are wanna run, if is superdrol as u said, SD is pretty toxic and suppressive like kingd says horrible side effects very harsh on and on lipid profile blood pressur, cholestrol, etc etc etc.... long list of side effects i don't recommend as first cycle at all, but if you gonna run sd anyways use serm and testboosters on pct sd is no joke, imo i highly recommend milder one's than SD such as epi/havoc halo, 11-keto iron legoin came up with new and great one, protodrol, cynostane, P-Mag, Furazadrol, bold, etc.. good gain 5-8lbs lean muscle depends on ur diet/training/goal, less side effects litle bit easier pct than SD, and so on.. why u should star with the deep of the end and choose superdrol, try at first milder one's and see how your body gonna react to it, then build ur self up to sd if u want 2, maybe u will love milder one's as many of us do save sd for next cycle be smart,
diet: i can't say much on this one cuz i dont know what's ur goal runing this cycle? fat loss/recomp? gain weight? muscle strength? anyways i recommend for gain mass/weight 20 calories per pound of bodyweigh for example 200lbs x 20 = 4000kcal per day,for losing weight keeping mass i recommend 13 calories per pound of bodyweigh
training: again i dont know what is your goal on this cycle but anyways, I think you'll see best gains with high reps if your goal is size rather than strength, if your goal its strength then you go vice versa or mix both for best overall result, actually while on cycle you can recover lil faster, but dont overtrain dont over do it, keep it smart and simple, while on pct I would highly recommend 5x5 training program or something like that to keep strength and muscle that u've gained on cycle use that creatine and preworkout supplement that we 've been talking about earlier, next time you ask for advie give us litle bit more info about your self and your goal on cycle, and pick up right questions btw im sure i did forget something here again but feel free and ask
