Is HCGenerate, or something like this, against lethargy important?I don´t know, because on my last 4 weeks nanodrol 1ml ED + androhard v3 Cyclei wasn´t a bit lethargic. Are the £110 for 2 bottles of hcgenerate worth it?Another thing i thougt about. For PCT i have my serms, lean xtreme, erase pro, and triazole.Is Mass Pro Synthagen another good opinion to hold the muscle mass after pct,or is this in the sight of use and cost not worth?Thanks
Regarding the blueprint:
That setup is good to go, I'm sure you will make the most of this run.
Regarding HCGenerate:
I have never used it, it appears to have a love/hate relationship distributed across the American forums. Some swear by it and others refuse to use it. For what its worth, I would only place my faith in actual HCG for what you intend to use it for.
Regarding lethargy:
4-AD, 4-DHE, Stano (high-dose), and--if its available in the UK--Trestobol are go to compounds for lethargy, with Trest being the king of the group. Andro series products are effective, largely side-free, and of the highest quality but you have to juxtapose your dose/duration against the pricing. I have very rarely seen a negative review for Andro series products however, and those I have seen are from users who expected far too much from the product. In support of the Predator store, though, I'd say AndroHard is your best bet.
If you really wanted to hit lethargy with both barrels, I'd look into AndroHard and some form of 4-DHEA product.
But I think its important to note that you may not necessarily encounter lethargy. In my cycles, I make sure to have SERMs/AIs on hand before the run, and then buy a "test base" or other ancillaries at discretion depending on how I'm feeling.
Regarding your PCT:
As long as you have your SERMs/AIs, the natural products are icing on the cake. In my experience Lean Xtreme, Anabeta/Elite, forskolin, and ArA proucts are most effective for helping to retain gains--though they will do nothing if your test/estro levels aren't stabilized in an appropriate period of time (also assuming diet/training is still in check, etc).
What is your blueprint for the SERMs?
Regarding Ostarine:
There was much debate about Osta during PCT when the products first began to filter into the American market; to my knowledge the consensus at this point is that Ostarine dosed to any effective amount will be mildly suppressive and is not recommended for PCT use. From experience, I used Osta at 10mg during one of my PCT runs and cannot say I noticed any marked improvement in gain retention.
