Killahertz - What normal foods do you find cause you issues?

All 'solid' meat. So, I couldn't eat a steak but I can eat minced beef. I can't eat pasta or bread or any heavy pastry, and I avoid potato because it can cause a 'traffic jam' for foods following. I can't eat cheese or peanut butter or excess spice. Cabbage is a definite no no as are peppers and baby corn (ordinary sweetcorn isn't ideal either). Kidney and other hard-skinned beans are a problem but softer-skinned such as haricot would be fine (but I avoid them due to their potential for GI gas). I avoid bananas for the same reason as potato and have to peel apples (apple peel is a chronic problem), although I can eat pears skin and all. I also have to avoid all carbonated drinks.

There's a lot more but do bear in mind this is principally due to having long-term post-op Crohns Disease with increasing (worsening) stricturing. Two incisional hernias, the latest of which is still active, and which my local hospital have (at this time) refused to repair. And a total of five operations (one major) on my GI sytem. It can be a pain (literally) training-wise, but you learn to work with and around it.
