Richuation on Worth running a Havoc cycle when you have already run 2 Epistane cycles in the last few years?

Is it worth running a Havoc cycle when having already run a couple of Epistane (similar compound) cycle in the last couple of years? Or would it be better to take a step up to something stronger i.e. Nanodrol?
