Day 6. Bad times . I was just on my way out of the gym today and asked about opening times over Xmas, turns out it'll be closed from the 25th of Dec until 6th of January for a refurb! - typical. So I've decided to stop taking Havoc (only taken 10mg's today) before I get to far into the cycle (been taking it for 6 days) I doubt its had that much effect on me yet as I only went to the full dose on Monday of this week and obviously it'd be a waste to continue the full cycle when for half of it i wouldn't be lifting!!
In all honesty its probably not a bad thing to take some time away, I've trained hard this year and my body really needs to rest, both my rotor cuffs ache and i'm starting to get a little inflammation in my left elbow running down towards my hand (hurt today doing pull-ups). So I'll stop the log here and pick in up again when the gym re-opens in January, hopefully my injury's will have had time to repair and I can hit the weights full on when I get back.
I'll keep the 'diet' up over this period to help replenish and recover and be ready to go again early next year - I do have a house move to contend with too early January so I think the timing should be pretty much perfect. I'll pick up some more Havoc mid Jan so i can complete a full 4 week cycle.
So, i'll be back in January to finish the log.
