Day 2.
Took some 'before pictures' (turned out a bit blurry) this morning along with weighing in, weight this morning (fasted) was 205lbs. For me, my weaker areas are my chest, tri's, legs and calves - so using the priority principle thats why I'm training them twice a week.
Today was legs again so I did a routine I've done before which concentrates more on bringing out the detail in my quads/hamstrings.
10mg of Havoc was taken this morning at 0700 with breakfast and another 10mg taken at 1700 this evening with 1/2 cup of oats plus 2 scoops of protein powder.
Workout went as follows:-
Legs:
5 min warmup on treadmill, 5 mins foam rolling
Jefferson Squats 5 x 12/12/10/10/10 first 2 with just bar and last 3 with 5kgs either side.
Glute/Hamstring Pushup (on lying hamstring curl) 4 x 12/12/12/12 with 15kgs on stack - slow and controlled.
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 4 x 12/12/12/12 with 25kgs per side - wide stance/wide grip
Lunges - 4 x 12/12/12/12 per leg - 20kgs per side of bar.
Leg Press - 4 x 20/15/12/12 with 140kgs - first 2 were feet close together (emphasising quad sweep) second 2 feet wide.
Squats - 3 x 12/12/12 with 30kgs either side - narrow stance/wide stance/normal stance
This workout felt brutal! My legs are still throbbing a bit even now as I type. Up my protein consumption today and by the end of the day will have taken in 340g carbs will be about the same with fat around 50g.
