Took 1 cap last night half an hour before bed and I'm afraid I had an appalling nights sleep.
Went to bed around midnight and was still awake at 5am.
This is my own fault though as I didn't read the ingredient profile properly, this product contains 2-bromo-Melatonin and unfortunately I know from past experience that any amount of melatonin keeps me awake for hours.Therefore I have 1 bottle minus 1 cap up for grabs, anyone interested shoot me a pm and its yours for £15 delivered.
