Im a Vegetarian for 20 years now and i eat around 200 Gramm Tofu and 500 ml Soymilk per Day. By now i cant Report any sides. However my conclusion by Reading all the soy related studies is that there is a controversial Discussion. As i told this to my colleagues which are all postdoctoral researchers in related Areas and asked for the Risk of degressive Test Levels the where Laughing about me especially when I told them how much soy i eat. I think if you use an isolate it does not contain anymore phytochemicals.
