I think that while weight training is essential for lean mass maintenance we have to recognise that not everyone needs it - endurance athletes for example.
If we leave aside the bias that most here have for weight training and look at how XI-KT would work for someone doing cardio only it will still have the same effects for fat loss and muscle maintenance, you just won't see much muscle gain from it while dieting and not doing weights.
Alphamine would definitely work well with Xi-KT.
