When taking a pro hormone your body is in prime condition to add muscle. There are risks taking a hormonal product. I am struggling to understand why you would take this if cardio was the base of your routine.Stripping things back, what is your overall goal?
To lose a lot of bodyfat. Then rebuild my body all over...I have lost all muscles after i got sick and could not train... I feel like a whimp compared to what i was once.
And this product seems to be the answer to my call.
Your most welcome to point me in another direction
if it was me, I would be doing resistance training 4 possibly even 5 days a week.
Basing my routine in big compound lifts. Squats, bench press, barbell press, bent over row or pull ups.
Keep rest periods to a minimum (ie 45-90 seconds). Look to increase weights regular. You will add muscle which in turn increase your metabolism. Lots of cardio is not essential to lose lots of fat and I use sparingly. Spinning is one of the best high intensity cardio classes around though but I wouldn't do three times a week if I wad only training weights twice.
Do not neglect your legs when training, big mistake. Decide how many days you can lift and google a suitable routine.
Key will be in nutrition. I use an app called myfitnesspal to record my intake, don't go crazy by having a huge shortfall of kcals. Just a a nice steady reduction will see you change.
A forum favourite, alphamine by PES is a great thermogenic fat burner. This will assist with suppressing your appetite.
I have read some about alphamine.. And was thinking that i wanted to combine alphamine with my Spinning

And do some dead lift and squad... Arms ect... So my training program would be 3 days of cardio and 3 days lifting weights..
Would it not be a good idea combining Alphamine- Iron Legion XT???
