I Had a monster leg session yesterday which consisted of
barbell squats + box squats
trap bar deadlifts
leg curls
hamstring curls
drop sets on calves [seated and standing]
then triceps which was weighted dips, close grip bench press and pull downs
i used progidy pre and sipped the eaa myoactiv eaa throughout, i expected to be crippled today and apart from very tight painful calves i am fine. i got a pb on the trap bar deadlift and i am feeling stronger. my sleep is improved as well i feel more refreshed when waking.
