What kind of sets and reps are you doing Mike?
Have you changed any other bits of your routine?
generally speaking I am doing my own adaptation to layne Norton PHAT. An upper body power day, lower body power with three consecutive hypertrophy days (pull, legs, press)
My power days are typically 5 rep max with 2 minutes rest. All compounds.
Hypertrophy days. Are generally around 8/10 reps. 1 minute rest. Majority compounds and depending how I am feeling, isolation exercises one movement of higher reps.
I haven't changed my routine at all other than increasing of weight once I reach 10 reps on an exercise. I will continue in this fashion until I stop responding which is usually 10-12 weeks.
