Craig, thanks for the reply. I did have a minor issue with one product but i've since resolved that with Cara in CS.
As an aside I have learnt quite a lot this last week about DPD and how they work. And I hope they are as serious in their actions as they are in their words, when things don't go as planned. For me they're the best courier i've dealt with to date, and i've never had an issue with the local depot, nor have they ever missed a delivery slot. And that's pretty impressive service, and not something that many (in my area) come close to. And I take that service very seriously, to the point that there is one courier that I will never use due to their piss-poor service - which means that if a retailer uses them, I will never buy from them. So long live the Predator/DPD partnership.
