It's still a bit early to call "fail proof" dosing across the board, but we are hearing post workout for recovery boost and mid-late afternoon tension/stress/anxiety busting benefits more than anything. The majority of people we have spoken to at length are dosing on the low side (with a couple significant exceptions) and "picking specific spots" when it's most needed and best utilized.
The most unique dosing we have seen thus far is a shipping crew member who is popping two caps with his morning coffee and does not use it at any other time. He is absolutely VOCAL about the positive changes it makes to his days, too.
Overall, the feedback we're getting is 9/10 – very good to outstanding with a small percentage reporting the product is seemingly a bit too strong (hearing this mostly from those using just before bed).
