Well as its the new year, a bit of extra cash lying around and now would like to try some new things out.
Im looking to lean a bit out and get the hardness back.
Im 165lbs and at 13.5% bf.
Id like a pre workout, maybe something to lean me out or give me at least something like a cortisol/estrogen control kinda supplement.
no need to get any protein or anything like that.
I was looking at erase pro but havnt heard much about it.
if there are any other supplements that come to mind you could advice that would be great.
