First things first: I respect the fact you know you better than I know you, LOL. So can understand your decision.
If this happens to anyone else, you may want to consider 3 caps immediately post workout only, or taking 3 caps before noon (or perhaps with breakfast). Dialing in your dose is the trick, but I'll take this feedback as a learning experience. Hopefully, my suggestions will help other users prone to 5-HTP/Picamilon sensitivity while still reaping TQ's recovery benefits.
