So this is my current dossing protocol.
A N : 3 caps 30 mins before sleep. *
TQ : 1 cap taken 1 hour before training**
1 cap taken straight after training
1 cap 1 hour before sleep.
3 caps per day spaced out with main meals(Non-training day’s)
MPS : 5/5/5 protocol(Training)
3/3/3 protocol spaced out with Meals(Non-training day’s)
*= dose pattern Sun – Thurs. As I train Monday – Friday
**= dose pattern Mon –Fri
This working very well for me at the moment
