This stuff kicks in fast and you will definitely feel it within minutes of taking your first dose... I would recommend taking 0.5 in the morning and 0.5, 20-30 mins pre-workout on a empty stomach.
Would the advice still apply if I was training at lunchtime? Say midday? Or would it be better around 11 then again at night
