Street72 got it right IMO, about an hour prior...

The Picamilon hits first and fast, followed by the 5-HTP. You wind up with relaxation on two fronts:

1.) GABA A Receptor modulation (inhibitory neurotransmitter) and;

2.) Elevated levels of serotonin 

Rhodiola Rosea also has an effect on normalizing serotonin levels. Finally, it's worth pointing out that during sleep is when the vast amount of bodily repair/regeneration occur. Here, you have Astaxanthin and especially Curcumin working for you at precisely the right time. In fact, Curcumin is exceptional at protecting muscle from breakdown during sleep as its been shown to inhibit conversion of amino acids into glucose (1) and preserving/building muscle (2).

Accordingly, I've started taking mine with 5 caps of Synthagen pre-bed. If you're looking to lose fat, I think this strategy makes a LOT of sense. Going to bed on a belly full of carbs will blunt GH release, and the duo of MPS + TQ should recover you faster than either alone.
