worked the weekend so was a perfect time to get some recovery in.

250g of mixed veg

jacket potato and tuna mayo with 250 g of veg

300g of cottage cheese
Effects
i've noticed over the weekend increased pump in my arms and quads, my nipples have reduced slightly in size which is a god send. My chest area see to be hardening and losing a little fat around that area. Even though my diet is high carb my waistline stays the same.
will log this week in more detail now i have a better workout.
