Honestly, there is no definitive answer. Some people find they suffer symptoms of hypoglycemia when taking AnaBeta on an empty stomach. When I used two pre workout I took it with my pre workout meal. I don't think I have ever actually taken it on an empty stomach because I became so used to dosing with food.
If you try it, let me know if you notice any difference.
I did today I ate and dosed two caps, with erase pro (first meal) at 0930. I was in the gym for 1300.
There are lots of variables so its hard to tell. Today marks the start of a slight cut so I cranked up my weights, but increased the rest. First run with UK enhanced (and ABE). Pumps as reported immense and I managed to knock out a new PB on the bench. As I said, hard to tell if the dosing assisted. The pre workout definitely helped, as before been relatively stim free. I think I will continue this way. Last time I took them pre workout and felt almost sick if I hadn't eaten cast carbs in first two meals. Still very thirsty dosing this way too.
