We use a lot of hill sprints in our fight training, when it comes time to up from normal training to fight training 8 weeks out we start with 4 sets then up the amount every sprint session... First tues we will do 4 sets than that Thursday we do 5, next tues we do 6 etc etc its hard for the first week or so but if u ease into them and don't try and do to many you will be fine.
