Took mine today, first time, and must say I haven't felt much of anything. Admittedly, I didn't get a great nights sleep, but still I thought I'd feel something. Had two scoops first thing AM on empty stomach and another one this afternoon. Couple cups of coffee during the day also, and I'm not feeling any buzz tbh. I've got a spin class tonight, so will see how that goes. I will put it down to a bad nights sleep (in a strange bed) and see how it goes tmrw after I'm well rested. That said, I'm also on a low carb period until end of this week, so it could also just be due to my glycogen stores dropping.
On a separate note, I LOVE the taste (raspberry lemonade)... I could drink it all day!
