A mate of mine was recommended a type of reverse diet by a nutritionist and been at it for a while now. He's basically eating steak for breakfast every day!!!! a pretty normal lunch and fish with vegetables near enough every night.
Personallly I think it's nonsense but I'm sceptical about any diet of faddy diet, and we've had a couple of debates about it that got a bit heated - I can see the benefit of eating something more substantial than cereal or toast for breakfast but steak!! Every day!! I reckon the nutritionist must be earning commission from Sainsburys.
Any of you guys tried it? Is it a load of crap?
