Update (21/07/13)
Sorry for the lack of updates this week, been quite a hectic one!
Just to update, weight is now up a total of 5lbs (199.5) in the 4 weeks. Bodyfat% hasn't decreased quite as much as I had liked (things like lack of sleep and dieting for too long have probably contributed to this) but would still guesstimate that it is down to around 8.5% (~1.5 to 2% overall) looking at the mirror. I will take some skin-fold measurements tomorrow along with some pictures to give you exact numbers before a final review.
Strength has continued to hold up well in a caloric deficit, managed 175kg for 5 reps dead lift, along with a general increase in the numbers across the board, although this was difficult as I'm struggling to hold/stabilise weights due to2 a recurring wrist injury.
Lethargy is starting to kick in now, but it hasn't been too bad considering it has been 4 weeks of this log and 6 weeks in total!
I will provide a final review tomorrow or Tuesday.
