This week i started with a new breakfast routine.
before it was just a protein shake with 3 cups of oats.
Now in my bulk i take my blender and i put in ;
3 eggs with yolks and whites, (fats and protein)
500ml soja milk (almost no sugars)
1 large banana (carbs)
1 scoop protein blend vanilla flavour (protein)
1 teaspoon peanut butter (fats)
2 cups oats (carbs)
around 1000kcal's in total.
blend for 1 minute and yammie! everything you need to start your day!
