First off, many thanks to iForce and Predator Nutrition for sending me the supplements to try out.
Sorry for the delay, but I recieved the package about 1 hour before leaving for a weeks holiday in Spain! So started taking the supplements just this week.
I am dosing 1 cap Humanabol first thing before breakfast and 1 cap before bed with 2 caps LiGHts out before bed.
I was actually thinking of giving the LiGHts Out a try anyway as I have used pre bedtime supplements before which contain mucuna pruriens (l dopa) and 5 HTP. I have found both very effective for improved sleep quality.
My training usually consists of compound movements only, fairly low volume with a focus on strength, I'm following the 5/3/1 template for Bench press / Squat / Deadlift / Military Press and for the assistance work I do pull ups / dips / dumbbell rows / hanging leg raises.
This week was a bit of a strange split, no particular reason, just down to equipment availability:
MON - Squats / Military Press / Dips
TUE - Deadlift / Dumbbell rows
THU - Bench press / Pull ups / Hanging leg raises
Too early to tell anything from the Humanabol, but I'm already finding LiGHts Out is working very well for improving my sleep quality.
