I could devour a multipack of salt and vinegar crisps but the thought of chicken is making me feel queasy at the moment.
Felling a little better today though. As I said earlier it could be a bug as it is going around work at the moment.
Day off tomorrow so will shop around the supermarket for some comfort stuff, a pot noodle or two maybe 
The Nanodrol has made a difference to my size as I have been getting some comments. My mum said to me this evening that my arms are 'fat'!
