Due to MPS being In and Out of stock I haven't been able to cycle it as I would of liked. The main help to me was that I could work a hard day of heavy labor and still hit the gym. I'm really having trouble getting in my training atm as work has soared with the good weather in the UK. Every time the DOMs hit me I think of the good times back when MPS was in stock 
On another note, my sister has got a partially dislocated shoulder, has had it for a few months now, it moves up and down as the muscles are so weak. The right one was getting better and she has been seeing a chiropractor but now her left shoulder is causing her discomfort and it feels as though that one will soon do the same. I wonder if Synthagen could help her??? My other choice was IP4 from LA Muscle but they have discontinued that product....
