Well I have been sleeping very well really since day 1 of using lights out and feel more energetic and refreshed when I wake.
I haven’t had any major reductions in doms or speeding up of recovery just yet but I am hoping that will kick in next week and I aim to try for some p,bs on deadlift,squat and bench as I tried my current pbs this week and it felt as easy as it has so fingers crossed.
Had a major squats session today so I will see how my legs are tomorrow! If I am ok I will be doing hill sprints.
I Have currently lost 2 pounds in weight and weigh 88kg starting weight was 89kgs
