With 50kg squats you shouldn't be going near the stuff.
I've just managed a near x1.89 body weight squat (151kg). I won't be going near PH for a long time.
I even won a PH cycle and still won't consider using it for a long time yet.
I'm not sure if you are naive or taking the p*ss. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and just repeat what I said earlier in the thread - it's a complete waste of money and desperate.
